The KMP Cylinder Liner Kit for the Caterpillar C7 / C7.1 platform is manufactured from centrifugally cast iron alloy, precision honed to the same surface finish as the OEM specification. Each kit is supplied complete with liner, piston, rings, pin, and retainer clips so your workshop rebuild goes together on the bench with no missing components.

Every batch is dyno-tested at our UK facility for a minimum of 500 running hours to prove ring seal, oil control, and thermal stability before it ships. KMP has supplied heavy-plant workshops in over 90 countries for 25+ years.
